Hal has a diverse design experience including studies in Genoa, Italy during graduate school and working in Atlanta for TVS and Associates (TVSDesign).  Beginning his present career at F W Architects, Inc. in 1991, Hal became Vice President of the company in 1994 and transitioned to President in 2024.  During his career he has developed a design resume that includes K-12 education, higher education and athletic facilities, as well as commercial, industrial, hospitality, and religious projects. Additionally Hal has extensive experience in renovation / adaptive reuse design, giving new life to older, often abandoned buildings.

Hal oversees project management and construction administration.
